【摘要】低强度光照射皮肤后,可以产生光热、光免疫,光化学等方面的生物学效应,从而治疗皮肤病和表皮血管性疾病。近年来随着半导体激光和发光二极管光源的发展,低强度光在临床中的应用逐步扩展。由于不同波长单色光对于皮肤靶器官的调节作用机制不同,所以临床中,不同的低强度光应用于不同的治疗,如皮损修复,抗炎等。然而各个波长单色光分子机制认识不全,生物调节通路尚不明确,部分低强度单色光如绿光和黄光在临床应用并不广泛,临床疗效缺乏循证医学证据。光疗是皮肤科重要的治疗手段,了解不同波长的低强度光对于皮肤病治疗的进展有指导作用,从而更好地服务于临床。
