【摘要】皮肤微生物是人体微生物的重要组成部分,近年来研究表明,皮肤微生物可潜在影响皮肤新陈代谢、炎症、免疫反应和神经-内分泌调节,甚至降低宿主对肿瘤的反应。这些发现都与微生物研究技术的提高密切相关,尤其是微生物检测仪器的更新和基因测序技术的进步,建立了丰富的微生物数据库,为深入研究皮肤病与皮肤微生物的相关性打下基础。现在,一些技术已经从科研进入到临床,从群体运用到个人,研究方向不仅是种群的丰富度,还有种属的特异性和致病性。

AbstractSkin microorganisms are vital component of human microorganismsRecent studies have indicated that skin microorganisms have potential effects on cutaneous metabolisminflammationimmune response and neuroendocrine regulationand can even suppress the host response to tumorsThese findings are all associated closely with the advance in microbiology technologiesespecially microbial detection equipment and gene sequencing technologiesAdditionallyestablishment of abundant microbial databases lays the foundation for further studies on the correlation between skin diseases and skin microorganismsSo farsome technologies have been applied from scientific researches to the clinicas well as from population to individualsMoreover the research direction of skin microorganisms not only covers species richnessbut also specificity and pathogenicity of species.
