研究较为深入,而其对毛囊发育、形成、周期及再生调控的机制尚未完全阐明。概述Wnt/β联蛋白通路,通过比较不同信号分子和调节因子对毛囊生长的及对毛囊干细胞的调控作用,旨在揭示其对胚胎期毛囊的形成、发育,成熟毛囊的生长周期及毛囊干细胞增殖分化的作用机制,这将有助于建立有效的毛发再生实验,并对毛囊相关疾病的治疗产生潜在性的应用价值。
